Mentor Training Programme

To support the expansion of Getting Connected the Young Adult Learners Partnership offers a comprehensive Mentor Development Training Programme throughout England and Wales. We aim to help build the capacity of organisations to work effectively with young adult learners by training field workers to use Getting Connected. The training programme is of benefit to staff who work directly with young people and have access to support and resources from their managers and organisations.

The mentor training programme is designed for practitioners who work directly with young people on a regular basis.
